At Backcountry Recreation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
